Friday night, I made
potstickers again, but this time I made a couple changes. I added 1 carrot, peeled into thin strips and them minced, as well as 1/2 cup of a mushroom blend that included portabella and shitake minced. I also used the smaller wonton wrappers. The amount of mixture filled every last wonton wrapper, so I had plenty to freeze. Now, when I want a snack that isn't going to break my calories, I can just reach in the freezer for these and cook them up in a pan!
