Jalapeno Breakfast Sandwich

Although this really isn't a recipe, and breakfast sandwiches are so easy to make, I wanted to post just because I need to remind myself that you can put anything into eggs and it tastes good! We had leftover jalapenos and green onion, so I threw them into breakfast and it created a great flavor with a little kick to it.

Jalapeno Breakfast Sandwich
1/2 Jalapeno, chopped
1 Whole Egg
1 Egg White
1 Green Onion, chopped
Fresh Basil leaves, chopped
S&P
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Whole Wheat Toast
1 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 slices bacon, or turkey bacon

In a skillet on medium heat, add jalapeno and green onion. Cook for 5 minutes, until soft. Beat eggs together and add into skillet. Sprinkle with some garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Add in basil and scrable until cooked through.

Add cheddar to bottom slice of toast, and add egg. Top with bacon.
