Wings

Adam and I obviously enjoy food in a crazy way. I feel fortunate that we both enjoy cooking enough that we can plan a whole day around it. That is how Fun Food Day was born, we decided to take a day to cook and enjoy some of our favorite foods. I personally cannot ever get enough wings, so it was on the top of my list. These are Mango Habanero wings, bit you can use any sauce that you want. It's pretty easy to whip up a large batch of these.

Wings
Chicken Wings
Beer
Sauce

Place chicken wings in a large bowl and marinate in beer for 30 minutes.

Turn on grill and coat grates with cooking spray. Place wings on grill and cook on both sides, until browned but not fully cooked through. While wings are on the grill, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place wings in a baking pan and coat with sauce. Bake for 25 minutes, tossing half way through.

Mango Habanero Sauce
1 Mango, chopped
3 Habanero Peppers, chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sugar
Splash vegetable oil

Place in a saucepan on medium heat and cook until reduced and thick. Coat wings and bake.
