a Successful Week

So, this week I bought all healthy things for lunch and snacks and I worked out more frequently. I've got the ball rolling in the right direction! I am back to meal planning dinners next week. I put on my jeans today and could tell that they werent as snug as they have been the past couple of weeks. It feels great to be back on track and tonight Im celebrating, without overdoing it, at date night!
