Immediately after I made my own pumpkin puree, I got started making pumpkin truffles. I followed the recipe exactly from Cara's Craving's Blog, so Ill just link to it so you can go check it out. The filling is amazing and if you like pumpkin, you could just eat it by the spoonful (I only had two, I swear!). I didn't get real good at filling in the molds until the very end, but I need to pick up more melting chocolates to do the rest so Ill use my perfected skills then. It is definitely a time consuming project, but the outcome is delicious so I'm not sorry that I took this task on.
