Tonight was night 1 of our healthy meal plan. I made taco salad with :
ground turkey seasoned with garlic powder salt pepper and chili powder
fat free sour cream
Romaine
avacado
corn - canned
red onion
It was a really filling meal without too many calories. I was so full afterwards! It is definitely going into my dinner rotation.
Looks delish! I have a great mexican casserole recipe if you would like it. It uses ground turkey.
