It's already April 7th. Easter is in 2 weeks and I feel like this month will basically be nonexistent and fly by. This kind of scares me! The move, the flights and the wedding will all be here before I know it and it is time to cut out any food, anywhere I can. I am kind of hoping to lose 4 pounds, that I expect to add back on during the honeymoon, so I enlisted the advice of my fitness/diet crazed sister, Erin. I guess I officially need to say bye to carbs after breakfast for the next 68 days! I am starting my new meal plans on Monday, so tonight I am getting in chickfila and tomorrow night we have the Bacchus Bash which is the best food fest in Orlando!
Here is my meal plan for next Mon-Fri

2 egg whites with 1 tbsp shredded cheese, diced and sauteed green pepper and 3 grape tomatoes in a whole wheat wrap.

1 can tuna with 1 diced pickle spear and 1 tsp mayo combined
Yogurt, sugar free (M only)
Celery and Grape Tomatoes
Baked chicken with fat free italian dressing marinade
Chicken breast, baked
Chicken baked with ff italian dressing
Chicken marinated in pineapple juice and soy - baked
Lots of protein going on!
