To my surprise, hardly any of the cheese was touched. I know that people usually don't want to be the first to eat, which is fine and since I have a strong love for cheese, I didnt mind it as leftovers!
Cheese Plate
I cut up some cabot hot habanero, cheddar and colby, paired with a garlic/herb soft cheese and served with wheat thins, everything flatbreads and grapes.
I also made a pastry wrapped baked brie. I bought the premade pastry rounds that you find in the refridgerated cookie dough isle, covered the wheel of brie completely and baked at 320 for about 30 minutes.
I am not one to leave a cheese and cracker plate untouched! It would have been gone in no time :) Thanks from the farm families who own Cabot for using Cabot cheese!
